Warranty Policy
1.Warranty Duration and Eligibility Criteria
Products purchased through official Ebikelistpro channels are entitled to the following limited warranties:
1). A one-year after-sales service is provided for the battery, motor controller, and frame.2). omponents such as the display, brake lever, throttle, headlights, and power assist feature a three-month warranty period.
3). Bicycle accessories, including shifters, sprocket, handlebars, chains, seat posts, forks, freewheels, and disc brakes, are covered by a three-month warranty. Please note that tire punctures and tears are excluded from this warranty.
The warranty becomes effective upon the initial purchase and receipt of the product from our online store, exclusively for the original purchaser and the purchased item.
For warranty transfer purposes, the recipient of an electric bicycle is entitled to warranty protection under the following conditions:
1). The warranty package becomes effective from the date of receipt by the original owner.
2). The new owner has access to the original purchaser's name and the original order number.
2.Covered Items
Ebikelistpro guarantees to replace any defective or damaged components (including those incurred during shipment), except when caused by user misconduct. The warranty applies to the listed products according to the following stipulations:
2.1 Battery
Ebikelistpro offers a one-year prorated warranty for its batteries.
Within the initial one years of operation, customers will receive free repair or replacement for defective batteries. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries will coincide with the original purchase date.
Cash compensation is not applicable.
Defect assessments for batteries can solely be conducted by Ebikelistpro.
This limited warranty excludes:
1). Defects or damage arising from accidents, misuse, improper utilization (including but not limited to extreme riding, racing, or activities beyond the product's intended purpose), improper storage, exposure to liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand, dirt, negligence, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
2). Defects or damage caused by external factors such as collisions, fires, floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to extreme weather, theft, blown fuses, or improper power source usage.
3). Cosmetic imperfections like scratches, dents, unless caused by Ebikelistpro.
4). Products with missing, soiled, damaged, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or barcodes.
5). Defects or damage resulting from assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, servicing, repair, or adjustment inconsistent with the provided assembly instructions or user manual.
6). Product flaws or damage caused by the use of accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not approved or recommended by Ebikelistpro.
7). Normal wear and tear.
8). Defects or damage stemming from unauthorized modifications.
Furthermore, regarding batteries, this limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
1). Using a charger not suitable or intended for the specific battery.
2). Improper handling of the battery charger.
3). Any evidence of tampering or broken seals on the battery.
4). Utilizing the battery in devices other than the designated bicycle.
2.2 Frame Warranty
This warranty solely entails frame replacement and excludes labor costs associated with transferring components to the new frame. The eligibility for replacement will be determined by authorized Ebikelistpro service representatives.
When replacing frames, Ebikelistpro may utilize frames with scratches and dents from its inventory. If the original frame style or color is out of stock, Ebikelistpro reserves the right to replace it with a compatible one.
The warranty does not cover frame issues such as:
1). Corrosion.2). Paint wear, scratches, or impact marks.
3). Damages resulting from collisions.
4). Any irreversible modifications (like drilling holes or welding).
2.3 Component Warranty
Original Ebikelistpro components are backed by a one-year limited warranty. For replacements during the warranty period after 15 days of receiving the bicycle, shipping fees will apply.
This limited warranty does not cover components corroded by environmental factors, surface finish damage, labor costs for replacement or conversion, defects or damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, exposure to harmful substances, negligence, abnormal stress, scratches, dents, removed or altered serial numbers, use of unauthorized accessories, improper assembly or maintenance, external factors like collisions or natural disasters, and normal wear and tear on parts like tires and brakes. Ebikelistpro has the discretion to assess wear and tear.
3.Claims Procedure
3.1 Warranty Claims
All warranty claims must be submitted to Ebikelistpro at service@ebikelistpro.com along with purchase receipts and photos or videos of the damaged product. We recommend contacting Ebikelistpro via email before filing a claim for potential quick solutions.
Valid claims made within one years of purchase will be processed by Ebikelistpro. For defective displays, batteries, motors, and controllers, a 100 euros deposit is required for replacement, which will be refunded upon return of the defective parts.(待删除
Ebikelistpro will not provide replacement parts without photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers must submit this evidence via email.
Note: ebikelistpro will provide free replacement components within its liability scope (excluding shipping fees). Unauthorized installation costs will not be covered.
3.2 Claims for Shipping Damages
Occasionally, items may incur damage during transportation upon receipt. Should such an incident occur, kindly reach out to service@ebikelistpro.com and furnish photographic or video evidence for verification.
Please note that any complimentary accessories showing scratches due to shipping will not undergo replacement or compensation.
Important: The following instances are deemed standard and fall outside the ambit of free replacement or refund: Ebikelistpro
1). Minor scuffs on the exterior packaging.
2). Negligible scratches or paint loss on the product surface.
3). Flexible components that have bent due to shipping procedures.
4). Wear and tear on parts or components susceptible to damage after prolonged use or a specified duration.
We reserve the right to decline shipping damage claims submitted beyond 7 days post-receipt of the product.
4.Repair Services Offered
For bicycle repairs conducted at offline shops, Ebikelistpro will solely provide complimentary replacement of components and parts within our liability scope (excluding shipping charges). No reimbursement for labor expenses arising from repair services will be entertained.
