Return Policy
1.Order Cancellation
1.1 Prior to Shipment:
a)Electric Bicycle Orders:
Canceling an electric bicycle order within 3 hours of placement incurs no processing fee. Beyond this period, an 8% processing fee will be deducted. If a wrong model is ordered and a new order is placed, the original order's processing fee will be waived upon receipt of the second order.
b)Accessory Orders:
Accessory orders canceled within 3 hours attract no processing fee. However, if canceled after 3 hours, a 25% processing fee will be deducted from the order amount.
1.2 Post-Shipment:
Requesting order cancellation after shipment necessitates an 8% processing fee and a 200 euros return shipping fee. EBIKELISTPRO will provide a return label for carrier collection. Alternatively, customers may arrange their own return but must contact EBIKELISTPRO customer service for confirmation and send to the designated address.
Note: Independent returns require safe transportation and signature confirmation, with shipping insurance recommended. EBIKELISTPRO is not responsible for damages or losses in customer-arranged returns. Cancellations must be requested via email, and EBIKELISTPRO will notify approval. Unapproved returns will be rejected, with associated fees or losses borne by the customer.
2.Model Exchange & Order Adjustment
For order modifications before receipt, please refer to our shipping policy. Once received, orders cannot be modified.
If a customer wishes to exchange a model after receipt, they must follow the refund policy to initiate a return. Avoiding the 8% processing fee is possible if a new order of similar or higher value is placed. If not, or if the new order's value is significantly lower, the refund will be deducted by 8% of the original order amount and a 300 euros return shipping fee.
Model exchanges are exclusive to electric bicycles. For exchanging with different models, customers should contact customer service to place a new order and return the original products, adhering to our return policy and securing prior email approval. Please note that free delivery does not apply to exchanged bicycles.
3.Returns Policy
Customers have the option to request a product exchange or return within 15 days of receiving the product for non-quality-related reasons. However, they will be liable for an 8% processing fee based on the order amount, along with a 200 euros return shipping fee. Upon email approval, EBIKELISTPRO will issue a return label for the designated carrier to pick up the return package. Alternatively, if customers prefer to handle the return independently, they must first secure confirmation from the EBIKELISTPRO customer service team and ship the goods to the specified address.
Important: All returns and refunds must conclude within 15 days of receiving the bicycle; otherwise, they will not be processed.
3.1 Addressing Damage and Issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your order thoroughly. In case of defects, damages, or receipt of the incorrect item, kindly contact us at service@ebikelistpro.com with photographic or video evidence to address missing parts, severe damages, or other quality-related concerns. Our customer service team will facilitate the arrangement of replacements.
For product defects, EBIKELISTPRO is committed to serving you and offering technical support for resolving minor issues. We will also provide necessary replacement parts and cover all associated repair costs due to damage.
Similarly, for transportation-related damage, EBIKELISTPRO will strive to assist you by providing all necessary parts and covering service costs.
For any return-related inquiries, feel free to reach out to us at service@ebikelistpro.com anytime. To facilitate effective problem resolution, please provide photographic and/or video evidence.
Please note: The following scenarios are considered normal and are not eligible for free exchange or refund:
- Minor outer packaging damage.
- Slight scratches or paint chips on the product.
- Bent plastic parts due to transportation.
- Wear and tear on parts or consumables after usage or a specific number of cycles.
We will not entertain damage or defect claims made beyond 7 days of product receipt
3.2 Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The item's packaging and condition should be the same as when received.
- All bicycles must be free from wear, dirt, scratches, or signs of use.
- The total mileage on all bicycles should not exceed 10 miles; excess mileage will disqualify the refund.
- All original packaging contents (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) must be returned.
- Provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Customers are responsible for all costs incurred during the return process, including processing and shipping fees.
To start a return, send product photos and contact us at service@ebikelistpro.com for approval. Upon acceptance, we will provide a return shipping label. EBIKELISTPRO will not accept unauthorized returns and will not issue refunds for such cases.
Fees:
Customers are responsible for an 8% processing fee of the order amount for all cancellations. If the bicycle has already shipped, an additional 200 euros return shipping fee will apply.
Note: Customers may be liable for inspecting, repackaging, repairing, and refurbishing returned goods, which may incur costs, unless the product is unused. Additional shipping fees due to non-compliant packaging will be the customer's responsibility.
Non-refundable items include, but are not limited to:
- Replacement parts and accessories.
- Human-caused damage.
- Special orders.
- Used items, except in cases of severe damage/failure.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
Note: Each of our partnered bicycle shops has its unique return and exchange policies. We do not accept returns for items purchased from these shops. Please contact the point of purchase for their return policy.
Refund Timeline:
It takes 3-6 business days to process returned or exchanged items upon receipt. We will inspect and confirm compliance with our return conditions, deduct applicable fees, and refund the remaining amount to the customer's original payment method.
If the refund does not reflect in your account after two days, please verify with your credit card company or bank, as delays may occur due to varying financial institution transfer procedures. If you haven't received a refund after seven business days, kindly contact us at service@ebikelistpro.com.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Customers can arrange for a pickup service for returns. Customers have the option to cancel their orders within 24 hours. Once an order is placed, we will process it within 24 hours. Customers can cancel their orders anytime before the shipment deadline and within the specified cancellation period set by our website.
